Who runs Doodle Dough Studio?
Doodle Dough Studio is run by one person (and a very supportive dog). I personally handle everything from design to packaging, and I’ll do my best to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible!
Are your stickers really waterproof and dishwasher-safe?
Yes, they are! For best results, let the sticker adhere for 24 hours before placing it in the dishwasher. While they are top-shelf dishwasher safe, handwashing is always recommended to ensure longevity.
Are your products available for wholesale?
Yes! Wholesale orders are available for selected items. Check out the Wholesale tab for details. Please note that a $50 minimum is required for wholesale orders.
When will I receive my order?
- Canada: 1–14 business days
- USA: 5–20 business days
- International: 10–80 business days

Are stickers shipped via letter mail?
Yes! Stickers are shipped in either a kraft envelope or flat mailer to keep shipping costs low. Each order is packaged using eco-friendly materials, and you’ll also receive a free coloring page as a special thank-you! Tracked shipping is not included unless you purchase a non-sticker item in the same order.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
- For standard shipping (no tracking): Check the estimated arrival times above. Real-time delays can occur.
- For tracked shipping: Use your tracking number to check your order’s status.
If your order hasn’t arrived within a few days of the estimated timeframe, please message me, and I’ll do my best to assist you!
I shipped my order to the wrong address. What should I do?
If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address, unfortunately, I cannot retrieve it. You’ll need to place a new order. Please double-check your shipping details when placing an order to avoid this!
